Terms

Scope. These terms govern all orders placed on chruzli.ch with Chrüzli (see Imprint). By placing an order you accept them.

Prices & payment. All prices are in CHF and include Swiss VAT. Payment is by card via Stripe. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

Products & shipping. Items are printed on demand and shipped within Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post, typically in 3–5 working days. Shipping is a flat CHF 5, free over CHF 60. We do not ship outside CH/LI.

Product previews. The images on the product pages are illustrative previews. Because each item is embroidered or printed to order, the final product may differ slightly from the preview — for example in the exact texture, thread or print finish and placement. These minor variations are a normal part of made-to-order craftsmanship, and the real product often looks even better in person.

Returns. Every item is made to order just for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your size carefully (see the size guide before ordering).

Made to order. Because each item is produced on demand, we cannot change or cancel an order once production has started.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item. If something arrives defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we’ll fix it free of charge. Email hello@chruzli.ch with the subject “Defect”, within 30 days of delivery, attaching a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement (or a refund if a replacement isn’t possible). Your two-year statutory warranty for defects under Swiss law is unaffected.

Governing law. Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Chrüzli, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence.
